It's 3-5x cheaper to waterproof during construction than to retrofit later. You have full access to the foundation exterior, and systems integrate seamlessly with the build.
At minimum: exterior foundation membrane, footing drain tile, vapor barrier under slab, and proper grading. We recommend also adding interior drainage provisions for maximum protection.
